Come one, come all to this year’s Volunteer Appreciation Night on Wednesday, December 14th at 6:30PM.
It’s the time of year for Lincoln volunteers , staff and board members to get together to celebrate the season and, most importantly, recognize the folks who’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty with their help to support this historic non-profit cinematic and performing arts theatre.
In addition to awarding the 2010 Volunteer of the Year and Special Project of the Year we will have a potluck dinner with door prizes, a white elephant gift exchange and treat you to a special sneak peak of an upcoming holiday event.
For the potluck please bring a salad or bread if your last name begins with A—H, an entrée or side dish for I—R, or a dessert for S—Z. We’ll supply the beverages. Do not feel like you have to bring a dish as there is always plenty to eat.
If you’d like to participate in the gift exchange bring a wrapped gift with a value of $10 or less.
Please bring a family member or friend to join in on the fun.
Stories will be told, a few Christmas songs will be sung around the old Wurlitzer, and a good time will be had by all.
