Producers Night, one of the major annual fundraising events of the year, raises significant financial support for the continued preservation of the historic Lincoln Theatre and funding for diverse performaing arts programming. The Lincoln Theatre Center Foundation's mission is to entertain, inform and inspire our diverse community through cinema, live performance and educational programs while preserving the historic Lincoln Theatre.
Our film inspiration this year is La Dolce Vita, or The Sweet Life. La Dolce Vita entered the language following the success of the 1960 film written and directed by Federico Fellini and starred Marcello Mastroianni, Anita Ekberg and Anouk Aimee. The evening includes hors d'oeuvres, wine, Italian buffet, live music, and live and silent auctions. So put on your little black dress, a V-neck sweater, a slim suit and slim tie, or fitted tuxedo and bow-tie, with Persol or cat-eye dark sunglasses (worn indoors and at night, of course), and help us celebrate La Dolce Vita.
