Puccini’s Madama Butterfly
Patricia Racette sings the title role in the late Anthony Minghella's stunning production of Puccini's tragedy, a new classic of the Met repertory that opened in the 2006-07 season. Marcello Giordani is American Navy Lieutenant B.F. Pinkerton, and Dwayne Croft and Maria Zifchak co-star. Patrick Summers conducts.
