
This weekend's feature for our "Outdoor Movies in Pine Square" series is "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" in 3D screened as a benefit for the Historic Lincoln Theatre.
A scientific expedition searching for fossils along the Amazon River discover a prehistoric Gill-Man in the legendary Black Lagoon. The explorers capture the mysterious creature, but it breaks free. The Gill-Man returns to kidnap the lovely Kay, fiancée of one of the expedition, with whom it has fallen in love.

The original Creature From the Black Lagoon film is screened in it's original 3D format! This is the landmark film that inspired an entire genre of movies and continues to be a major influence in motion pictures to this day.
