AUDITIONS: GREATER TUNA

Wednesday, May 1, 6:00 pm

The Lincoln Theatre announces AUDITIONS for a Lincoln Players production!

GREATER TUNA by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears, and Ed Howard.

SYNOPSIS:

Greater Tuna is an irreverent satire on politics and family in middle America. It is a howlingly funny play about the folks in the small town of Tuna, Texas. The wacky inhabitants of this town -- men, women, children, animals, and the crazy Bumiller family -- are played by two skillful, transformative actors who must change parts at a rather breakneck speed and use inventive voicework. Actors must be able to play across genders, ages, and species.

A 90 second comic monologue that demonstrates your range is required. Texas accent upon request.

Rehearsals begin May 7 at the Lincoln Theatre, with performances June 20 - 30.
