The Lincoln is excited to present the first HD broadcast of the New York Philharmonic's all-new, star-studded production of Stephen Sondheim's Tony award-winning musical, Company. This sold out engagement of Company includes an all-star cast of television and stage heavyweights. Headlining the production are: Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother, Rent), Patti LuPone (Evita, Bypsy, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Stephen Colbert (The Colbert Reportr), Jon Cryer (Two and a Half Men), and Christina Hendricks (Mad Men).
Company’s plot revolves around Bobby (a single man unable to commit fully to a steady relationship, let alone marriage), the five married couples who are his best friends, and his three girlfriends. It’s a concept musical composed of short vignettes linked by a celebration for Bobby's 35th birthday.
