PRELUDE TO A KISS: A Theater Arts Guild Production.
Prelude to a Kiss is a comedic yet touching story about love, life, and making the most of the time we are given. The story begins when Peter and Rita meet by chance and instantly become soulmates, sending them into a whirlwind courtship. But when a mysterious old man shows up at their wedding, the explosive power of a simple kiss sends them on an enchanted journey that they will never forget.
This Broadway hit received a Tony Award nomination as Best Play, was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and was made into a feature film starring Meg Ryan, Alec Baldwin, and Sidney Walker.
Director Angella Marinela’s unique vision for this production features the Joan Penney Jazz Trio infusing live music throughout the show, including; a 30-minute pre-show performance, within the scenes, and during the intermission.
Christopher Gould, Suzanne Golden, and Dodger Productions presented The Circle Repertory Company Production of PRELUDE TO A KISS on Broadway.
