Skagit Theatre Camp dives under the sea this summer, and our campers will take you on an adventure to explore the big blue world with the imaginative musical Disney's Finding Nemo KIDS, based on the beloved Pixar film.
When young clownfish Nemo is captured, his dad Marlin sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as the optimistic Dory, the laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves.
The performances are the culmination of Skagit Theatre Camp, teaching campers (ages 6-10) memorable songs and dance numbers such as "Just Keep Swimming," "Fish Are Friends Not Food," and "Go With the Flow," bringing the vibrant underwater world to life on stage in a story full of family, friendship, and adventure.
During the two week session, student groups will study a broad range of theatre crafts and skills including acting, singing, dancing, costume, sets, props, lighting and sound. Skagit Theatre Camp is led by experienced theater professionals and theatre educators dedicated to teaching your child the crafts of theatre in a structured and holistic manner. Skagit Theatre Camp is presented by the Lincoln Theatre.
